Managing with Aloha Jumpstart

Rosa Say, one of my blogging buddies on Team Synergy, has a good thing going in 2006. She is providing a jumpstart to management and how to become a better manager. It is all based upon concepts covered in her book. If you have had the opportunity to read Managing with Aloha, you will recognize some of the terms and naturally want to follow the process. Even if you haven't I would encourage you to check out the jumpstart. The process is structured. It is not overly complicated. It makes sense. The January Jumpstart is manager's intent. The activities are focused for us to do them now and review/discuss the results in February. In February, she introduce the next set to work on for discussion in March, and so on. Cool concept.
